What is the dress code at Parmarth Niketan?

Men and women should cover their shoulders, midriff and calves, so no sleeveless tops, capris, shorts or short dresses, and avoid tight clothing. Yoga students are expected to wear white. Shoes come off before buildings and sacred places. If you're not dressed appropriately, you may not be allowed into yoga classes or other activities.
